Back In Training
This week I've started training again...
Mon - UWIC Run, 5x600m, 4x400m, 3x200m (skipped one 600, one 400)
Tue - Early morning Swim with Gareth, 1750m
Wed - Ride with Julian, reverse Wed C/G, came back with the slow group.
Could feel the endorphins kick in after the ride, cycling seems to do this the best.
I needed this!
